The University confers honorary titles on members of the community who contribute to or are associated with the teaching and/or research of the University.

A nominee for appointment as Honorary Visiting Executive will be a senior executive holding a post at board level.

The Director of the Graduate School of Business recommends the appointment, via the Dean of the Faculty of Commerce, for approval by the executive officer responsible for staff matters.

Appointments will be for a period of between one and twelve months, and may include residence at the Graduate School of Business.

The appointee will enjoy staff privileges including the use of the University's sporting and library facilities for the duration of the appointment.
