The Development Dialogue (DD) is the agreed system for performance contracting, management and development at UCT for permanent professional, administrative and support services (PASS) staff in pay classes 1 to 12 and senior staff. From 1 June 2015, this replaces the previous Personal Performance System (PPS). View the Development Dialogue resource guide for more information.
The Development Dialogue discussion and process is recorded and documented using the HR210 form.
